Challenge
Both Colliers International and JLL were faced with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in their commercial properties, requiring urgent deep cleaning and sanitation. These requests came outside normal working hours, including on a Sunday afternoon at 3PM, leaving property managers uncertain whether rapid decontamination was even possible.

GDI followed a strict decontamination protocol which included immediate identification and isolation of all potentially affected areas
