LASALLE, QC, May 6, 2020 /CNW/ – GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc. (“GDI“) (TSX: GDI) reminds shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders of GDI that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on May 8, 2020. Shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders will be able to attend the meeting via conference call, by dialing-in to 1-888-664-6392 (toll-free North America) or 416-764-8659 (local Toronto) and entering the conference ID number 05064099 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on May 8, 2020.

GDI reminds shareholders that in the light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, no director or officer of GDI will be physically present at the GDI’s meeting location, except as will be required for the proper conduct of the meeting. GDI further reminds shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders that it may be required to refuse all shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders entry to the meeting if deemed necessary or appropriate in accordance with the recommendations, guidelines, decrees and orders of the government of Québec and the government of Canada. For those reasons, and given the exceptional circumstances at hand, shareholders are urged to vote in advance of the meeting and not to present themselves at the meeting.
