Operating in the Greater Seattle region, Cascadian was founded in 1994 by its current President, Tim Reyhons. Cascadian services the commercial office and healthcare sectors including a number of notable office towers in the downtown core and has an excellent reputation in the market.
The partnership with Cascadian will considerably strengthen GDI’s existing business in Seattle, bringing together two of the most respected companies in the market. Together we are now one of the larger service providers in Seattle and we are well positioned for growth.
