Mr. Stanford joined Ainsworth Inc. in November 2016, following Ainsworth’s acquisition of Direct Energy Business Services Limited and became President shortly thereafter. In June 2019, Mr. Stanford was appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ainsworth Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Previously, Mr. Stanford held the position of President of Direct Energy Business Services Limited from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Stanford has over 40 years experience in the HVAC industry and has held various management and executive positions at Honeywell, Stannair, Enbridge, Direct Energy Business Services Limited and Modern Niagara HVAC Services. Mr. Stanford is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D. Mr. Stanford attended the College of Trades and Technology St. John’s in the Electrical Technology program.
