Mr. Girouard first joined GDI in 2018, as Director of Financial Information and Budget. In early 2023, he was promoted to the position of Vice President of Digital Transformation, Finance and Operations, where he was responsible for initiatives that were critical to GDI’s growth, including process optimization and digital transformation. In June 2024, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations and Digital Transformation. Since May 2025, he is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for the management of the financial department for GDI and driving the Company’s strategic financial decisions. Before his tenure at GDI, Mr. Girouard honed his skills at PSP Investments, where he oversaw financial operations across multiple investments asset classes and contributed to key back-office investment processes. His earlier career at PricewaterhouseCoopers saw him specializing in assurance services, where he gained valuable experience across various industries. Mr. Girouard holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA).
