Cathy Novy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of Human Resources, Quality Control & Business Leadership experience in the manufacturing and service industries. She joined GDI through an acquisition in 2012. Since then, and throughout her career, her role has progressively expanded and she is now the SVP People & Culture, Business Services Group, USA & Canada. Throughout her tenure with GDI, she has been a change champion and has supported the company through various major milestones, including serving as our first ESG Committee Chair, which lead to the publishing of our first ESG reports as well formalizing the company’s strong commitment to People and Environmental issues. She now dedicates her time to leading change and growth initiatives, communicating and living the GDI values, and collaborating closely with the operations and people leadership teams.
