Mr. Marcoux is Senior Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary and joined GDI in November 2021. Prior to joining GDI, from January 2019 to January 2021, he served as Senior Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of IPL Plastics Inc., a company with international operations listed on the TSX. From December 2016 to January 2019, he was Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Secretary at Laurentian Bank of Canada, where he managed the Legal Department. From 2006 to 2016, he worked at Quebecor Inc., where he occupied various positions including Senior Director, M&A and Financing and Corporate Secretariat, where he led several M&A transactions to complete the transition of the company from a printing company to a telecommunications company. Mr. Marcoux is a graduate from Université Laval and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000.
