The Sales Administrator will work with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage sales activities and customer data, including Dynamics 365. They should be able to navigate the system efficiently and accurately input sales data, customer information, and track leads and opportunities. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the Dynamics 365 system is kept up-to-date and that all sales data is entered accurately.
In addition, the Sales Administrator will be expected to generate reports from Dynamics 365 to analyze sales data and track progress towards sales goals. They will also need to communicate effectively with the sales team on the use of Dynamics 365 and assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM software is a must. The Sales Administrator should be able to work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date across all systems, including Dynamics 365.

Job Responsibilities
- Be the CRM / Sales process and product owner
- Gather, maintain, prioritize and oversee CRM enhancements Lead trainings across organization on Dynamics 365 (e.g. new employee orientation)
- Work with Sales to create SOP’s and keep within Dynamics 365
- Perform day-to-day Dynamics 365 monitoring activities (ensuring data quality and accuracy.)
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards for Management and Sales team (e.g. weekly and monthly reporting, ad hoc requests)
- Ability to create and alter reports / dashboards within Dynamics 365 to align with KPI’s
- Drive effective sales reporting across the company
- Support post opportunity win processes (close opportunities)
- Assist with New Dealer prospecting and onboarding process within Dynamics 365
- Interact and work with various Sales Managers, Executives team and stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective use of the platform.
- 2 – 5 years of Dynamics 365 administration experience
- Dynamics 365.com certifications preferred
- Strong data management abilities
