Mr. Bigras has spent his career in the construction, janitorial and facility maintenance industry since 1982. In 1994 he joined GDI, and became a major shareholder in 1998. Over the years, he held many positions, and became President and CEO of GDI in December 2004.
Today, Mr. Bigras offers leadership, perspective and experience, and drives the development of the group of companies as well as key financial and strategic planning. In addition, Claude brings an exceptional track record of successful acquisitions and integration; with a keen understanding and insight into the business and related segments.
President and Chief Operating Officer U.S. - GDI Integrated Facility Services
Mr. Boomrod joined GDI with the acquisition of Omni Facility Services (US) in 2012. Ahmed is the President, Chief Operating officer and also leads food plant sanitation operations for the U.S. team.
President, Northeast U.S. Region and Head of Business Development for the U.S. - GDI Integrated Facility Services
Mr. Criville has 25 years of experience with Shellville Services that was acquired by Matrix Facility services in 2007. Peter leads the Northeast U.S. Region and is also the Head of Business Development for the U.S.

David Hinchey is responsible for GDI’s strategic business initiatives. He has over 14 years of investment banking experience in both public equities and mid-market M&A, and has played a leading role in the company’s M&A activities and strategic initiatives over the last 4 years.
