MAINT is composed of three main modules: Maintenance, Inventory and Purchasing.

Maintenance

The Maintenance module is the base application. Developed around a table of assets, the program offers many features relevant to the management of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. It regroups precise and detailed information on each asset. This data provides for sound management of daily operations and the history of activities and incurred costs.

Inventory

The Inventory module, totally interactive with the maintenance module, ensures through algorithmic calculations, the opportune availability of spare parts and a minimum capitalization of expenses. It ensures the reservation of parts when issuing a work order and has several convenient features such as automatic requisition production at the reorder point, and also the economical quantity calculation according to different parameters.

Purchasing

The Purchasing module helps businesses ensure they have, at all times, available parts through the issuance of requisitions and orders. While viewing the purchase orders, the manager is informed in real time of the tardiness condition, the partial shipments and the supplier performance. Upon receipt of goods or services ordered, MAINT controls bills, costs, discounts and other accounting data. The integration of MAINT to SARRA (Asset Maintenance) and SR2 (Service Request) applications provides real estate administrators with powerful and efficient tools to manage all of their activities. The MAINT application is currently used by more than one hundred organizations working in institutional settings (Hospitals, Colleges, and Schools), industrial sectors (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary), large office buildings as well as residential units.
